It's all hands on deck for this one day workshop which acts as a perfect follow-on to the "Enterprise Xposed” programme.
Taking your student’s enterprise capabilities to new heights, the incorporation of more thorough business strategy & in-depth research will test team-working skills to the max! Role play and fast paced decision making with modules such as Financial Literacy, Research and Development, Market Strategy and Managing Change deliver a thorough insight into Enterprise Management and makes this programme ideal for students experiencing a second or third year of enterprise delivery.
Any size groups considered. Comprehensive student packs included. Delivered by experienced, fun and unique trainers with industry know-how and a passion for enterprise!
What's involved?
Students become business big-wigs as they manage change, re-interview their co-workers and bid in a live auction for their perfect business mentor. Enterprise excellence is tested with tailor-made scenarios that could make or break their company, advertising campaigns must be researched and designed, international expansion must be made viable and product diversification raises the game!
The finale is a corporate exhibition where teams market their company and convince judges that their team is the best with the help of videos to show TV adverts, recordings of radio jingles and professional company literature.
