Jump in, feet first! Our acclaimed Enterprise Education Programme is a perfect 1 day enterprise extravaganza introducing students of any level to a wonderful world full of challenges, creativity and endless possibility. Brimming with engaging student led tasks and activities it incorporates creative thinking, research, design & strategy with an emphasis on team-work, communication, and a can-do, hands on approach. The environment is fun and fast paced and students are often unaware of the vast amount of learning taking place!
This workshop is an ideal stepping stone for raising awareness of Enterprise, it’s meaning and it’s place within education and the workplace.
Any size groups considered. Comprehensive student packs included. Delivered by experienced, fun and unique trainers with industry know-how and a passion for Enterprise!
What's involved?
After the excitement of ice breakers, music, buckets and balloons the serious business of creating micro companies starts. Based on a skills analysis individuals take on their own job roles and responsibilities within their team. Creative juices flow during the next challenge as business idea generation begins, then students are led through the planning and implementing processes including design, development, marketing and strategy all encompassed in a fun and interactive environment. Throughout the day the emphasis is on independent learning with teams taking individual and group responsibility for decision making and time management. The display of enterprising skills and qualities are rewarded continuously throughout the workshop and the ultimate prizes are given after presentations are made to the 'board of bankers' at the end of the day.
