Through all of our training students learn to develop enterprising attitudes and personality traits on a practical and accessible level. They are also able to grasp a tangible understanding of strategic and creative thinking, it's advantages and placement within the world of work, linking perfectly with the QCA Work Related Learning Framework and many other curriculum areas.
We hold a wealth of relative commercial experience, meaning our delivery has a tangible and innovative quality, reflecting on real life examples and allowing students an insight into the exciting world of business and employment.
Our carefully written workshops encompass a unique blend of both 'knowledge based' and 'softer' skills training, a mix you won't find with many other service providers. Every programme designed and written by EnterpriseEd is flexible, allowing for a bespoke delivery dependant upon individual cultures, enterprise strategy and to complement other activity. Each workshop incorporates the elements of: planning, organising, team building, communication, leadership, confidence building, responsibility, delegation, influencing, problem solving, decision making, evaluating, utilising and building on skills and overall knowledge dissemination.
